– FC Points can be earned through Dine-In and Take-Away (exclusive to direct phone orders).
– FC Points can be redeemed for Dine-In, Direct Phone Orders, and Self-Collect Take-Away only.
– The maximum redemption is $200 in credit value (equivalent to 4,000 FC points) for Members and $400 in credit value (equivalent to 8,000 FC points) for VIPs per transaction.
– Each transaction allows the presentation of only one membership card, and splitting the bill is not allowed.
– FC Points are non-transferable.
– FC Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Retroactive claims for FC Points from previous transactions are not permitted.
